The Revisions Summary report can be accessed on the Standard Reports "Select Report" list. The report is also available from the Revisions tab of "Actions."
Function
The Revision Summary report is a listing of all Amendments and Administrative Modifications related to a Revision. The report compares pending changes in the selected Revision to values from a previous Revision.
Generate the Report
As mentioned previously, this report can be opened in the Revisions tab of the "Actions" module. When this is done, the report will automatically use the previous Revision for comparison.
When the report is generated from the Standard Report interface, the user must select the STIP, the Revision Number, and the Revision Number to Compare before running the report.

| STIP Dropdown | Select the STIP data set to be used for the report. |
| Revision Dropdown | Select a Revision Number that specifies the STIP selection; the Revision Number with a plus sign (+) will include pending changes. |
| Compare Dropdown | Select the previous Revision that the user wishes to compare. |
Once a STIP, Revision Number, and Revision Number to Compare are selected, the user can click an output type: "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."
Report Format
The report is broken up into two main areas: Project Header and Project Table. The Project Header will include the following information.

| Need ID | The STIP Identifier for the project from the Project Detail tab. |
| Project Title | The name for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
Below the Project Header is the Project Table. This table is grouped by Region and sorted by Need ID numerically. The table includes these fields:

| DOT Region | The DOT Region associated with the STIP project as shown on the Detail tab. |
| Program | The Programs associated with the project on the Project Detail tab. If multiple Programs are found, they will be shown in a comma separated list. |
| Census County | The Census County associated with the project location. |
| Place Name | The Place Name associated with the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
| Location Name | The Location Description entered on the Project Detail tab. |
| Work Type | The Work Types associated with the project on the Project Detail tab. If multiple Work Types are found, they will be shown in a comma separated list. |
| Bridge IDs | If the location type is a bridge, this will be the Bridge ID; otherwise, this field will be empty. |
| Description | The Description for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
| Comments | A comment documenting the reason for the change. |
| Phase | The name of the work phase associated with the funding record. |
| Fund | The abbreviation of the funding category associated with the funding record. |
| FFY Window Years | The funding amounts for the specified record by Phase and Fund. |
| Remaining | The funding amounts for a project that appear after the last year in a STIP. |
| Total Change | This will calculate the percent of change between revisions. |
