The View Pie Chart button can be accessed on the Fiscal Constraints and Program Targets tabs on the Budget interface. To get to the Budgets interface, the user must locate the Utility Bar, click on the System Administration icon (), then click on Budgets.

Fiscal Constraint

The user can view a pie chart of the Fiscal Constraint information by selecting the "View Pie Chart" button in the top right of the Fiscal Constraint tab. The chart displayed here will include the Total Available Funds value for any Funding Category that has the "Include in Chart" checkbox selected; the user can add items to this chart by selecting a Funding Category link and clicking that checkbox. The chart will be generated based on the current STIP and Year values displayed on the screen. The Total Amount reported at the bottom of the chart will only sum the values that are included for display.

Program Targets

The user can view a pie chart of the Program Target information by selecting the "View Pie Chart" button in the top right of the Program Targets tab. The chart will be generated based on the current STIP and Year values displayed on the screen. The pie chart will report each Program only once even if it may be associated with multiple Project Purpose areas.
