The History tab is the fifth tab on the Actions interface.
Function
The History tab displays the list of all project changes within an approved Revision. This is a read-only tab that allows the user to view the historical record of all approved revisions.
Filters
There are two filters on this tab: STIP and Revision. The STIP picklist defaults to the active STIP, and the Revision picklist defaults to the most recent approved Revision of the selected STIP. However, both of these filter selections can be changed if desired.
Summaries
There are also three summary elements offered at the top of the History tab.

| Revision Summary Button | Open the Revision Summary report. |
| Summary for <STIP> Table | Display the total approved Revisions, Amendments, Administrative Modifications, and Technical Corrections across all approved revisions for the selected STIP. |
| Summary for <Revision> Table | Display the total approved Amendments, Administrative Modifications, and Technical Corrections for the selected STIP and Revision number. |
Link Controls
Finally, there are two link controls on the History tab.

| Dates | Opens a pop-up that lists the Begin Public Comment, End Public Comment, Director Approval, and Commissioner Approval dates and some relevant fields (Who, Date, Need ID, and Comment). |
| Comments | Show the comments associated with the given Need ID. |
