The History tab will only be available after a Need ID is clicked in the Needs tab of the Needs interface.
Function
The History tab lists the changes made to the selected need throughout its life; this information is shown in a view-only table.
Fields
There are eleven fields in the History tab:
| Field | Description |
| STIP | This is the version of the STIP in which the change was made. |
| Revision No. | This is the Revision No. that the change was included in. If the change is pending and has not yet been included in a Revision, this field will be blank. |
| Value Changed | Identifies which project data element has changed. For funding entries, this will include the Year, Phase, Program and Funding. |
| Former Value | Identifies the value of the data element prior to the change. |
| New Value | Identifies the value of the data element after the change. |
| Updated Date | This is the date of the change. |
| Updated By | This will be the First and Last Name as defined in User Maintenance for the user making the change. |
| Approved Date | This will be the date of final approval of the pending change in the STIP. |
| Approved By | This will be the First and Last Name as defined in User Maintenance for the user who made the final approval. |
| Type | This will designate the change as Amendment, Administrative Modification, Technical Correction, or None. |
| Status | This is the current state of the pending change. |
